After lots of hard work and testing before the website went live, we concentrated quite a lot on user experience, which is why you don't see advertising everywhere over the website, why the numbers come up if a page is slow to load (so you know its still doing something, especially on mobile if signal poor!), why the actual search bar is right at the top of the home page, etc and feedback so far is that people like the website and find it easy to navigate so we are glad the hard work has paid off and we are seeing a good volume of returning visitors to the website.
